Chemistry Shots is in the developing stage to deliver knowledge from Basic to advance level. You can find here knowledge from different branches of chemistry, notes, syllabus, information  about exams, career guidance, role of chemistry in our regular life, funny facts, recent discoveries and many more.

Branches of Chemistry

The Basic Chemistry includes the general chemistry topics that turn out to be the core center of advance chemistry terms. This includes the classification of Matter and their properties, Introduction of Periodic table, Chemical reactions, Acids, & Bases, and Carbon & its compounds.

Basic Chemistry

Inorganic chemistry deals with study of inorganic and organometallic compounds. This field covers chemical compounds that are not carbon-based. This includes Structure of atom, Periodic table, Chemical bonding, Metallurgical process, Coordination compounds etc.

INORGANIC CHEMISTRY

Organic chemistry is the study of the chemistry of carbon compounds. Carbon has a chemical diversity unrivaled by any other chemical element. This includes study of Basic principles, Hydrocarbons, functional groups like aldehyde, alcohols, carboxylic acids, amines etc.

ORGANIC CHEMISTRY

Physical chemistry concerned with the application of the techniques and theories of physics to the study of chemical systems. This includes Thermodyanamics, Equilibrium, Chemical Kinetics, Electrochemistry, Redox and Surface chemistry.

Physical Chemistry

Nuclear chemistry is the sub-field of chemistry dealing with radioactivity, nuclear processes, and transformations in the nuclei of atoms, such as nuclear transmutation and nuclear properties.

NUCLEAR CHEMISTRY

Environmental Chemistry involves the study of the effects that chemicals have on the air, water and soil and how they impact the environment and human health.  This includes Acid rain, study and remedies for different types of pollutions.
